My daughter’s open heart surgery when she was only three years old, my dad’s death in 2008, a divorce in 2009. Skip a few years to 2014 – I was in a stressful relationship with a narcissist who destroyed me completely. I lost everything I had, myself included. I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder II, Anxiety Disorder and Major Depressive Disorder. I hit rock bottom in 2015. Mid 2016 I lost my job because of severe depression. I was hospitalised twice.

In December 2016 I was diagnosed with an ulcer, a hernia and chronic gastritis. I couldn’t believe that I could get more sick and that life could get worse. By this time I was living with my mom. She became ill in 2019 and needed full-time care, which was extremely stressful too. At the end of November 2019 my mom passed away after she suffered a massive stroke.

And now it is 2020. With all the chaos in the world I decided to begin this blog. I’m a dedicated advocate for mental health. Also, check out my INSTAGRAM for mental health notes.
